Over 50's Pilates classes are designed for people requiring a more controlled and less intense exercise Pilates class, whilst still working at a level to improve core strength, balance, flexibility and postural correction.


These classes will cater for a Pilates beginner to the more experienced Pilates person. The seniors Pilates class will also be suitable for people reaching the end of injury recovery, transitioning to full exercise.
