Michelle studied Physiotherapy at La Trobe University, completing a Bachelor of Health Science (majoring in Anatomy & Physiology) and a Master of Physiotherapy Practice. With a dance career spanning over 10 years, her love of movement led her to teaching Pilates. Michelle holds qualifications in STOTT Pilates Matwork & Injuries and Special populations, and a Cert IV in Mat/Reformer from Breathe Education. She has taught in clinical settings across Melbourne and believes in empowering clients to achieve their own health goals using movement and exercise. Michelle is also proud to teach Pilates at the Think Pink Foundation for breast cancer patients.

Chantelle graduated as a physiotherapist in 2012 from the University of Otago, New Zealand. Chantelle has a passion for exercise rehabilitation and Pilates. Chantelle has been teaching Clinical Pilates and mat Pilates for several years now, where she can tailor Pilates exercises to accommodate client’s injuries. Chantelle believes in exercise being the key component to any injury rehabilitation and prevention. Chantelle enjoys weight training, running and Pilates herself, as well taking her Great Dane on walks!
Jennie has an Advanced Diploma in Yoga Teacher Training and she enjoys teaching Yin Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, and Meditation. Her primary purpose is helping students to feel more at ease and confident in both body and mind. Her classes are suitable for beginners, with variations given for the more advanced. She is also a published author, with two self-help books that guide readers into better health using breathing and relaxation techniques.
Elise comes from a background in dance and has been practicing Pilates from a young age. She is a professionally trained dancer with a Bachelor of Dance from the Victorian College of the Arts, University of Melbourne. She has worked with top independent choreographers, most recently performing with Opera Australia. Elise's performance, teaching and choreography experience has taken her to the far corners of the globe - from Sydney to Berlin to London and beyond.
Elise is passionate about injury prevention, deepening the mind-body connection and the mental health benefits to be found through Pilates. She holds a Certificate IV in Mat Pilates with Polestar Pilates and is a registered practitioner with Pilates Alliance Australasia (PAA). Through her classes, Elise hopes to spread the love of Pilates and share her passion with others.
Elli is a qualified Ashtanga, Hatha & Karma yoga instructor as well as a certified kids yoga instructor. She has been practicing and teaching yoga for many years.
