For 30 years the physiotherapists at BSPC Physio & Pilates have been helping members of the community to recover and manage pain and injuries. An important part of recovery, management and prevention of injury has been exercise rehabilitation. Preventative medicine has become more and more a part of sustaining health and wellbeing.
Because of this, BSPC Physio & Pilates has expanded with the opening of their specialised Exercise & Pilates studio. We run a combination of Pilates, Yoga and other well being exercise classes such as Women's Health and balance classes. The benefit of being associated with a physiotherapy clinic is that our programs are monitored by physiotherapists to ensure maximal benefit for people whilst minimising the risk of injury.
